China blames US for 'Cool War mindset' over atomic approach

China has encouraged the US to drop its "Cool War attitude" after Washington said it wanted to differentiate its atomic ordnance with littler bombs.

"The nation that possesses the world's biggest atomic stockpile, should step up with regards to take after the pattern as opposed to conflicting with it," China's barrier service said on Sunday.

The US military trusts its nukes are viewed as too huge to be utilized and needs to grow low-yield bombs.

Russia has just censured the arrangement.
