I think the whole 'trade war' is just more headline grabbing from the mainstream media. Look, say what you want about Trump but when it comes to negotiations it is one of his stronger points. I think it's just posturing from Trump to secure more favourable economic terms. I very much doubt he is going to risk negative affects to the economy, as a strong economy is one of his most important selling points as a candidate .
