The Consequences of Bad Parenting

Its never ok to harm a child! Never!

Whether your ok with a parent spanking there child or a guardian hitting a ward its just wrong morally and ethically. They are humans, usually half the size of regular humans, and need to be cared for and nurtured.

Whats worse than a parenting spanking a child is a stranger hurting a child. A parent would never stand for a stranger striking their child, for any reason, and quite rightly so.

All that being said i move onto a case in point that is in the news right now. A licensed doctor in the state of Michigan was just released on bail to the tune of $4.5 million dollars pending trial. What is her crime you might ask?

Female circumcision, or, to be politically correct, female genital mutilation. FGM is the barbaric practice of removal or partial removal of the clitoris, which is pretty sick if you ask me.

Female circumcision is internationally recognized as a breech of human rights and the US DOJ is committed to stopping this. I think we can all agree its a barbaric practice.

For a doctor who swore to 'do no harm' to do this to an infant has to be one of the most egregious acts of violence against a small child. They must have their licence revoked and be subjected to some form of arbitrary punishment. This is likely to happen.

Whats sickening to me is that the circumcision of children happens on a daily basis all over the US but the doctors performing these circumcisions will never face trial and they will never lose their licence.

That's because it happens to boys. Its a pathetic double standard one i wish did not exist. I abhor any and all forms of aggression against children but it especially infuriates me when its on really small children and babies.

If circumcision of females pisses you off then then it should also piss you off when males are subjected to the same abuse. I really hope this doctor never practices medicine again, and to any doctor who is asked to do it to a boy...i hope you tell the parents where to get off!

Oh and to the parents of the children abused by this doctor. google peaceful parenting and read up on how a human being parents a child. You're a disgrace.
