DONE IS BETTER THAN PERFECT BY COO OF FACEBOOK

Facebook is one of the most popular social media in the world and is recognized and used in almost all the countries.
Miss Sheryl Sandberg (the COO of facebook) while been interviewed about how the organization runs and what makes it a remarkable one uptill today.
She started by saying, first i wish to thank everyone gathered here today, with reference to your question our organization keeps running till today based on a simple strategy which is "Done is better than perfect".
She said we run organization based on the strategy above and we employ people who are capable to do the work and not those who think the are perfect to work. All we do is to make sure our organizational duties are displayed and done to please the public we satisfy because nothing is perfect and nothing seems perfect unless been done.
She also encouraged organizations to always go for people that can do the work and be it referred as a work done rather than going for people who they think is perfect because nothing seems perfect.
She ended the interview by rendering her gratitude to everyone who in one way or the other work tirelessly to see a work is done/completed rather than going for its perfection because perfection only comes when hard work is exerted on work done.
