Reddit has removed the option to pay for Reddit Gold, their premium membership program with BTC. According to a statement in serveral subreddits from a moderator the change is due to a change in the Coinbase commerce programm.
"“The upcoming Coinbase change, combined with some bugs around the Bitcoin payment option that were affecting purchases for certain users, led us to remove Bitcoin as a payment option.”
Coinbase posted in early March this year about retiring the Coinbase Merchant Tools in place of Coinbase Commerce what can be distuptive to Merchant Tool customers. As of April 30, merchants will no longer have access to the Merchant tools and May 31 is the final date until the customers have to switch to Coinbase Commerce.

Interesting. I mean, how difficult will making the transition be? Keybase also used to have coinbse available as a proof, but they removed that a while ago. Wonder whether or not the trend just continues?
