So Sara Carter just released a story on Circa that McMaster the Trump National Security Adviser put in when they removed Flynn sent Susan Rice a letter giving her continued access to classified information and a "pardon" it seems for all the information she collected without a national security reason for collecting the information.

Why is McMaster still working as the National Security Adviser?
