The party of democracy is seen as a party to build two legitimations about people's sovereignty:

1. restoring the sovereignty of the people, to liberate them from the clutches of political capitalism and keep them away from illusory media illusions
2. awaken their spirit from the state of helplessness and make them political subjects and producers and build people's qualifications in order to have an independent power in determining political aspirations and choices.
