Where did 10(+) billion dollars disappear to?

I believe that there is a necessary audit. CF accounts should be frozen as part of a money laundering investigation. Rico charges should be filed accordingly and forensic accountants need to get to the bottom of this. If the money is being hidden overseas, it needs to be returned to the Haitian people. All parties that benefitted from absconded funds should be encouraged (required) to repay the money to the Haitian people. If an excessive amount of internal waste is found at CF then the organization should be held liable to repay a significant portion of that deficit to the Haitian people.

A criminal investigation into the squandering of such a massive fund for disaster relief is absolutely necessary. I believe the money has been used for pay to play global politics and stashed in offshore tax-havens.

I encourage you all to think for yourselves and rule yourselves. Be responsible for your actions. Never blame your choices on others. We have the power to change society for the better. We won't always succeed, but by accepting that before we've started, we've already succeeded before we've begun. Always be willing to adapt to a new idea about what is possible in reality.
