Great article. Regulating exchanges is going to be an uphill battle.. We all learned from Napster & MegaUpload. Same thing happened with gambling & adult, companies simply moved jurisdiction when regulations stepped in and business as usual. Knowing this, decentralized exchanges (and decentralized everything else) will be the alternative.
