You left out the tax included in the price of the things you bought.
That price included the tax for every worker that touched the goods between the factory and you, the tax on each ceo's golden parachute, and excise taxes just to slap us in the face for being docile enough to buy into this crap.

You have to be careful mass tagging folks, that used to come with flags, but now those folks mostly sell their votes instead of flag abuse.
