The U.S. state Department have had to step in after the Hungarian born investor, philanthropist, and Clinton lover, George Soros, found himself in the middle of a propaganda battle with his very own government. The Open Society founder has been up against a government funded political campaign of adverts, leaflets, and postal polls for nearly a month now.

U.S. Democratic mega-donor George Soros — also a major patron of democracy in ex-communist eastern Europe — has become a political bogeyman in his native Hungary. Prime Minister Viktor Orban, an anti-Muslim leader who’s promised to build an “illiberal democracy” modeled on Russia, has taken to demonizing Soros and the European Union as interlopers who have helped ruin the “old, magnificent Europe from before the time of multiculturalism.”

In an interview for Kossuth Radio, the Hungarian Prime Minister explained that the reason for such public attacks on Soros was because of efforts he saw by Soros to get Hungary punished by an EU pursuing a "mixed-population" Europe. Orban has even instructed his own country's security services to track the elaborate network of billionaire, George Soros.

Apparently, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban thinks his propaganda campaign to discredit Hungarian-born billionaire George Soros - Orban’s political archnemesis - hasn’t been sufficiently effective. ....the prime minister has instructed his intelligence services to map what he described as the networks run by the billionaire financier’s “empire” targeting his country, Bloomberg reported.

To combat the anit-Soros 'propaganda' Orban and his government have been spreading throughout Hungary, the United States Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) has put out a 'Notice of Funding Opportunity' to companies and organizations for funding to help 'support objective media in Hungary'. So it looks like this federal handout by the DRL, whose responsibilities include promoting democracy around the world, formulating U.S. human rights policies, coordinating policy in human rights-related labor issues, is basically just an attempt by the US government to fund more propaganda with the aim of pushing back on Orban's original 'propaganda'. Lets not forget Soros is a private citizen and not officially affiliated with any government position.

That's not all, it has recently been reported that George Soros was the host of his own dark money conference. The Soros-funded organization, Democracy Alliance, held it's annual event dubbed 'Beyond Resistance' last week and had a whole host of speakers and attendees from across the political left spectrum.

CARLSBAD, Calif.—A secretive three-day conference where big money liberal donors are plotting the next steps of the "resistance" will be headlined by Friday speeches by billionaire George Soros and Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, according to internal documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

One of the guest speakers at the secret democratic donors event was the Washington Times fake-news political reporter, Janell Ross. According to the Free Beacon, Ross attended the event without seeking permission from her employer.

It was clear in a response made by a Washington Post spokesman to the Free Beacon that they were unaware of Ross's appearance at the Democratic Alliance conference until the Free Beacon contacted them inquiring about it, "We’ve only now learned about her participation in this event," said a spokesperson. The Washington Post spokesman went on to confirm that the "Post's policy discourages participation in any activity that could be perceived as partisan," and that "she has been reminded of that."

So with the amount of concerns around privacy and Safe spaces at this event it would seem Democracy Alliance is just another clandestine Bilderberg type group getting together once a year to plan world domination. Nothing to see here folks, move along....
