6 Actions of Bombs Terror, in May 2018, Indonesia, & Our Action

In the last two days, May 13-14, 2018, Indonesia was struck by six series of acts of bombing.
I urge everyone to be vigilant. Do not be unaware of things that are suspicious. If you see anything suspicious then immediately we report to the authorities.
Unrest may be a normal thing when terror is happening in our neighborhood. But I hope we can try not to panic. Not accusing each other. Because I think that's what the terrorists want.
The information we receive, whether in the form of videos and photos, just make it as information that helps us become more alert, rather than panicked.
Suggestions I avoid the flashy crowds, let alone the many CCTV cameras, even the people in the crowd are taking pictures or video of their activities. Because in my opinion, the place is very strategic to deliver the message of terror in the digital age and information technology today. Terror will be faster and gripping in the grip.

My impression is the first to see the videos of suicide bombings that took place in two cities simultaneously in adjacent time, some even simultaneously. Before that I was not aware of this incident. Because one of the members of the Whatsapp group submitted the videos then I became aware of the latest Terror news in their own country.
In one of these videos, I saw a man who was holding her daughter while walking leisurely toward the entrance to the church. I spontaneously imagine if that man with a kid is me and my daughter who is heading to the mosque.
In another video for a different crime scene, I saw three police officers stopping motorcyclists, then bombs exploded. The explosion came from a motorcycle stopped. Really cowardly act. Barbaric and potentially incite inter-religious.
Allah Subhanallahu Wa Ta'ala said,
مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَمَنْ أَحْيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَا أَحْيَا النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا
"whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely.” (Qur'an. Surah: Al Maidah, verse: 32).
The interpretation of verse
Al 'Aufi from Ibn' Abbas, he said, the word of God that he had killed all mankind, that is,
"Whoever kills a soul that Allah forbid, then such as the one who kills all human beings."

So obviously, these suicide bombers are enemies of humanity, a common enemy.
Chronology of bomb explosions
Surabaya city, May 13rd:
- A bomb explosion in the Church of Santa Maria Tak slotted Ngagel occurred at 7:30 pm,
- Followed by a bomb explosion at GKI Church, Diponegoro street at 7.35 pm,
- Followed by a bomb explosion at the Pentakosta Church, Arjuna road at 8:00 pm.
Sidoarjo city, May 13rd:
- At night, at around 21:00 pm following a bomb explosion in one of Rusunawa, Jalan Sepanjang, near Polsek Taman, Sidoarjo, East Java
Surabaya city, May 14th (today):
- The bomb explosion happened again. This time it happened at Surabaya City Police Headquarters, around 8.50 am,
- After that, less than two hours, the explosion occurred again 200 meters radius from Surabaya City Police Headquarters, at around 10:05 am
