5 young Nigerians make Forbes '2017 under 30 brightest and most successful'
Two young Nigerian women, Tolasade Williams and Edikan Udiong; have been listed among Forbes 2017 "Under 30 Brightest, Hungriest And Most Successful".
A total of 5 Nigerians made the list which had 30 young Africans on it. Beside the 29-year-old Tolasade and 29-year-old Udiong, Nasir Yammama, 27, Muktar Onifade, 26, and Iyinoluwa Aboyeji, 26 likewise made the list.
Nasir Yammama, 27 (Nigeria), Founder, Verdant Agri-Tech
Verdant AgriTech is a social enterprise to help rural farmers with mobile technologies for supportable cultivating and enhanced food production.
Shakeela Tolasade Williams, 29 (Nigeria), Founder, Sade Hair
In February 2013, she branded her company and sold her car, obtained cash from family and put all her underlying profit into a boutique store after leaving her job at a bank to seek after a profession in the ever-growing hair extension industry.
Muktar Onifade, 26 (Nigeria), Founder, VIZUVLGVDS
VIZUVLGVDS, (articulated visual gods) is a fashion brand that spotlights on contemporary African craftsmanship. Onifade has released three collections since founding in 2013. All garments are handmade in his Lagos and Detroit studios. By day, Onifade is an engineer at General Motors.
Edikan Udiong, 29 (Nigeria), Founder, Oleander House
Udiong watched her sister and companions scan far and wide for a specific weight reduction supplement. Their inquiry arrived at a deadlock. The provider of that item was no longer in business. She saw an open door.
