They definitely shouldn't allow it to minors but I'm all for legalization world wide.. there are to many medical benefits from canibas to ignore

    Define minor please. As a medicine it should certainly be available to children. :)

    Yes it should. But they shouldn't be allowed to posses it.. it's the parents job to distribute it properly.. just like any other drug..
