Digital Ads Finally Beats TV Advertising
Companies that uses internet such as social media, email, google and advertisements on websites to target customers is called digital advertisements.
TV advertising is now a thing of the past as the world not moves towards digital ads for promoting. A year ago digital advertisement in the United States surpassed the televisions advertisements grabbing $70 billion as compare to $63 billion.
It was predicted a year ago that this change would globally take place in 2017. According to Magna spending on digital advertisements reached to $209 billion around the world, which is around 41% of the market while television advertisements remained at $178 billion or 35% of the total market.
Facebook and Google are on their best to push the world towards digital advertising. Magna have estimated digital advertisement spending up to $237 billion i.e. up by 13% and television advertisements growing 2.5% to $183 billion which is still slower because of the Olympics and presidential races.
