Dear Diary: The Age Of For Offending Minors In My Country Would Be Lowered To 12 Years Old

In my country if a minor would commit crimes whatever the gravity of the crimes that they have committed they will not be prosecuted but instead they are given to "Boystown" institutions that doesn't have a program really about reforming and correcting them.

So criminal organizations would use minors for their illegal activities because it is their way to circumvent the laws which in turn destroys the future of minors that are fallen victim in the system. If minors will get prosecuted for their crimes then it is one way for illegal drug traders to look other ways to do their business.

That is one thing good will happen with regards to illegal drug traders using minors. Plus if minors would be held liable for their crimes our society, my country we will be in a much safer place to live in because these offending minors would be put into a reform facility which will basically correct them in their ways including their parents for them to be able to function again normally without the intent to commit crimes in the future.

But the proposed law doesn't mean that the offending minors would be put to jail immediately like other criminals, they will just be put in state institutions which will be improved to better deal with such offending minors until they are no longer a threat to society but it is a case to case basis because if they had committed heavy crimes like murder and such they will be held and be tried when they reach the age of 18.

I am all okay with this because the police and other authorities will now have the power to catch and hold criminal minors and take them away rather than letting them loose again and commit crimes again.
