His luxury vehicle collection includes:

• A Rayll vehicle with the license plate number 2B-6666
• An Alpha model with the registration OK.OJBK
• A Mercedes-Benz with the plate YI.OJBK

Yang Yi has long been active in Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville, specializing in online investment fraud for years. Operating under the guise of national endorsement, he has swindled Chinese citizens out of billions, leaving over a thousand victims. His fraudulent operations persist to this day. I have submitted Yang Yi's personal information and certain evidence of his crimes to a domestic cybercrime platform.

I urge the authorities in Cambodia to bring this individual to justice. To Mr. Zhang and Mr. Liu: I encourage you to contact me for resolution. Otherwise, I will file a police report tomorrow, including your personal files, Mr. Zhang's video footage, and your company's internal documents.
