ডুবাই শহর এখন পৃথিবীর সবচেয়ে ধনী শহর গুলোর মধ্যে একটা। বিভিন্ন কারণে ডুবাই শহর ধনী হয়ে গেছে তার মধ্যে দুইটি জিনিস খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভুমিকা পালন করেছে ডুবাইকে ধনী করে তোলার জন্য।
সেই কারণ দুটি হলো তেল এবং সোনালী পাথর। তেল ব্রিক্রি করে ডুবাই এর মানুষ সব থেকে বেশি টাকা আয় করেছ। পৃথিবীর তেল উতপাদনেে ডুবাই সব থেকে এগিয়ে গিয়েছে।
এই কারণে ডুবাই শহর দিন দিন আরও ধনী শহর হয়ে যাচ্ছে।
