The world has lost the greatest mind of our time.
World-famous British astrophysicist Stephen Hawking, whose insights shaped modern cosmology and inspired global audiences in the millions, died on Wednesday at the age of 76. His children informed about his death in a published statement. "We are in deep sorrow after the death of our beloved father, he was a great scholar and an extraordinary man whose legacy will last for many years," wrote his children Lucy, Robert and Tim in a statement published by the Press Association
