It was their business all along but many until this very day blame our army and policemen for the drug trafficking in our country which was never there before and they don't blame it on the ones who are known for using this business to finance their war crimes, namely the CIA, MI6 and their terrorist groups, the fewer of them are ignorant and the majority of them enjoy marching to the orders of their mainstream media and their politicians, it's easier than using their braincells.
