So the New Economy conference is on in Brisbane next week.

I've been involved in organising it, and will be presenting a number of workshops there... I also made some social media memes, like the one above... This one sums up how well I think our politicians are representing the interests of the Australian people... Our economy is changing - Oil is running out (and no, lighting our rivers on fire is NOT a sign there's plenty of oil left), workers are losing their rights, conflicts are flaring up over resources and interest-bearing debt money has pushed us well beyond natural boundaries... The question is whether we can build something better in time to watch the unsustainable dissolve.
