This is My First Post for Steemit

Hi Fellow Steemit Members,
This is my first blog post to the community, so I want to take a minute and introduce myself. I am a single mom of two. I reside in a small community in North Carolina. I am fairly new to social media and I am still learning how to use its various forms.
My interests include: work/life balance, managing the family budget, and my relationships with family and friends. I also enjoy reading, knitting and watching romantic movies. I am now adding creative writing and blogging to those interests.
I look forward to getting to know the steemit community and participating in its discussions.
