Clinton insider trys to explain $12,000,000 donation

The king of Morocco gave the Clinton foundation $12,000,000 donation for a pay to play scam Hillary Clinton was playing as secretary of state. Special interest groups and foreign interests would pay the Clinton foundation for insider information from Hillary Clinton.
