Trainer has been working as a Soft Skills Trainer for 3 years and has been working as Life Coach since January, 2022. Zubair's passion and desire to empower and facilitate people from all walks of life makes him the best at what he does. He has done Triple Certification in NLP from American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP) and soft skills training Certification from School of Leadership – SoL , A recognized Training and Development Firm.
With 3 years of experience in the Learning and Development Industry, Zubair is a passion driven individual who has conducted multiple workshops in different sectors. His desire to create a difference drove him to develop and deliver multiple programs in development and corporates. Zubair Ahmed has craze to get involved in public gathering and deliver his ideas and acknowledgements to resolve the problems countered by the society. He has not only managed to achieve remarkable growth in Professional Capacity but also made a Place in Society. As an Administrator he knows how to cope with situations in certain circumstances.
Zubair Ahmed has tools and Techniques to cover the Hearts of his Audience and Colleagues. He has successfully conducted over 80 training sessions all over Sindh, empowering more than 5k individuals. He finds fulfillment and excitement through it because he believes that the external world is a reflection of one’s internal world, thus, as he facilitates people to connect with their internal selves, they become unstoppable. In his training sessions he shows the audience the sheer power of internal motivation and gives them an insight on how to unleash their potential. He has delivered training sessions and participated in numerous events in my hometown, concerning vast dynamics of topics from motivational seminars to historical and philosophical workshops, from awareness seminars on the message of morality, tolerance and self enlightenment of Iqbal, to the transmission of mysticism, Sufism and love for Allah in light of teachings of Rumi, Shah Latif and other prominent saints.
Over the course of the last three years, he has delved deeply into the world of Applied Linguistics, mind sciences and psychology to develop a deeper understanding of human behavior. His most powerful and profound learning has been the concept "perception is projection” - when people suppress their emotions, they project chose repressed feelings onto the external world
