Net neutrality for people in the Global South seem to not really be crucial and we are left out from any viewpoint. Ghanaian technology over the years have graduated from infancy to toddle with the reality we have today.

What net neutrality means to a Ghanaian, is more people controlling what we see, hear and maybe how much we pay for those services. Dominating in digital transactions, people here interact with Facebook and Twitter mostly to keep in touch with the rest of the world.

Now imagine the rest of the world is cut away from us and only greedy upper class can access knowledge which over Africa's history is paramount to the elements necessary to survive.
