NEO has a solid foundation in which to grow by leaps and bounds. I started doing research on NEO these past couple weeks and bought at $15. I'm very happy to see it more than doubling since then. If China and its tech community get behind this which seems to already be the case, its very easy to see NEO moving well past the $100 mark before the end of the year and possibly before the 4th quarter.

I'm guessing NEO will be one of the years top performers.
