I believe that this is a game we all involved. In my opinion as bitcoin community grows up, governments and bankers now tries to bring down Bitcoin price to bye as much as possible they can. At this condition they can control whole market. So Other altcoins still follows big boss. The next rise of any altcoins include Neo depends on the rise of bitcoin.
IF governments own most of BTC; we shall simply make another, more cryptic coin.
