Interesting I might do a review on this one. I dont like that the supernodes are already out of reach. Who has $3mil laying around to spend on NEM? Proof of importance is interesting though off the top of my head it sounds like this is setup to reward spamming the network, which is worrying.. maybe they have a mechanism to prevent that, I'll take a look. it's a reward for actually using it as a payment token although fees will be higher than the reward which should mitigate the spam a bit
