To me the response by someone representing Steemit Inc. was a disappointment. It was a non-response. It was business as usual: "We'll tell you later." If the organization responds and can't come up with answers to your questions, they don't have the answers.

Your post struck enough of a chord to gain many strong community votes and comments, and the best they could do was "We'll tell you later."

I felt the same way. However, I decided to just disclose the facts. I thought the community could decide how to feel about it. The email felt the same way, dismissive of the inquiry.

The post got a ton of support and also the 2nd most comments of any post on that day. I think they think of this as a blogging site and not as a place where the investors gather.
