When burning STEEM please exchange it for SBD first using the internal market, and then burn the SBD (could include using it for promotion). This will help address the debt supply issue.

I am not sure, what will be the most efficient way to ask community for help. At the beginning I would like to publish few videos, then ask community which video should have prepared transcription as first one. If no one will decide to do it for free, then a bounty will be announced with small reward, like 10 Steem Dollars.
Community should help decide who will receive such bounty.
Of course, I am open to any suggestions.
