Georgia vs Kentucky Winner takes the SEC East

The Georgia Bulldogs will be on the road to Lexington this coming weekend to play ranked #11 Kentucky Wildcats. This is a most important game for both teams, because the winner will win the East division, and will go to Atlanta for the SEC championships. Both teams know what's at stake and will come into this weekend's game with fired up and giving their all. Suprisingly, both teams are near identical on defense with both teams allowing around 300 yards per game, and the Bulldogs, on average have allowed 16 points per game, while the Wildcats are tied for 1st in 13 points a game. Kentucky's run defense is pretty decent allowing 108 yards per game, but with the Bulldog's having two excellent running backs in rotation, and another two solid backups, I think the Wildcats may have a tough time containing the run game.

I think the Bulldogs can prevent Kentucky from making too many big plays in the air, which will force them to rely much more on the ground game. Can Georgia stop the run and prevent Benny Snell Jr, who leads the SEC in rushing yards from having a big game? The Wildcats also have two other backup running backs who are just as capable of making plays, with three running backs in rotation, it will also be beneficial for Kentucky in keeping their key guys from tiring out. Georgia is currently a 9.5 point favorite coming into this game and it will be played on Kroger Field in Lexington. The game will begin Saturday at 2:30 PM.
