I think this is called checkered or grizzled skipper, but I don't actually known which is a right one. It is such a beautiful skipper, and the pattern on the wings are out of this world. I believe the size of this skipper is about the size of a quarter. Very small. Very busy! The only time I can snap picture is when she stops for a rest or for feeding.
