Photo from California
Hello Steemit Friends,
This photo was taken from Kirby Cove just north of San Fransisco. Its a small quaint little beach that one has to hike down a fire road to get too. The view is spectacular, if you catch it on a good weather day (rare). The Golden Gate bridge is a spectacular work of architecture. It took four long years in the Great Depression to complete. The name of the bridge originates from the Golden Gate Strait where the water from the Pacific Ocean enters the Bay. Honestly besides the ridiculously expensive housing, the Bay Area is a wonderful and happening area. I would recommend everyone go and visit.
Interesting story was when we got there we noticed a boat just below the bridge was far lower in the water then it should have been. It started approaching the shoreline and it looked like the captain was trying to ground to boat. Just a couple minutes after the boat grounded, the coast guard came to the rescue. Luckily no one was injured or killed. The boat however, was severely damaged.
Great post man. keep up the good work.đŸ˜đŸ’²
