columbine Flowers
Whenever I encounter Columbine flowers I contemplate my own growth. They are a spring and early summer flower, sprouting new growth and color in nature. I see this reflected in the spirit world as well. The flower essence of Columbine flowers help open up the mind to new possibilities and truths. They can act as a guiding compass in times of confusion or loss. Medicinally Columbine plants are used to treat gallbladder disorders, stomach and intestinal problems, and Vitamin C deficiency. Columbine can be used medicinally by harvesting the above ground part of the plant (in moderation). Next time you see a columbine flower I encourage you to sit with it and feel its energy!
