Never Underestimate Mother Nature
Harvey
Corpus Christi, Rockport, and everything in between got slammed by (at the time) a CAT 4 Hurricane that showed its true power.
I have been tracking this storm from its beginning and man what a journey it has been.
This hurricane has a mind of its own and is throwing curveballs left and right at meteorologists since it hit landfall.
Even though I live in Houston we haven't seen the damage like the other towns down south have.
The worst is yet to come, even though Harvey is a tropical storm right now it doesn't mean it is less dangerous.
We're expecting something over 20in of rain to come down upon us in the next couple of days.
Already seeing rising water come up in the bayou's and rivers.
So we shall see what happens when the brute of this storm hits Houston.
The rain is coming down pretty hard now so only time will tell.
I will try and keep updating here on Steemit the next couple of days as this storm progresses.
Till then be safe and get schwifty,

Thank you for the update. Even though I am half way round the world from you I have been following this absolutely devastating monster. My heart, thoughts and prayers are going out to you all. From New Zealand Kia Kaha (Stay strong)
No problem! I want to try and keep everyone updated before the power goes out.
And thank you for your thoughts and prayers, hopefully this storm wont destroy even more in its path.
We will overcome!
