How to heal yourself from inside

in #nature7 years ago

There are times when we feel pain beyond our wildest imagination, pain so hard that we lose the capability to deal. In these moments we see that we were not as powerful as once thought, we feel helpless and we try to convince ourselves to be better... And yes it seems to work for a moment, maybe for 2 or 3 days or even a week, but soon we are back to were we began or even worse of still, these are the time when we feel our bodies is a different entity entirely possessing it's on mind and makes decision on it's own with ourselves sitting on the sidelines at best watching as our life and bodies moving in a different often difficult direction not forethought by us, this can be a bad feeling. If only we knew how to make our ourselves work, we would be better for it.

Bar physical injury, the pains that we feel are often from the inside because we hold on tight to things that are physical and alluring that we believe without them, that we are not fulfilled, if only we know the power in letting go and watch things that we'd let go come back to us in many folds. This is the essence of healing from the inside. You treat you circumstances as a phase in your life, a phase that is happening because you held on too long and hard, release your grip... Don't try to hard to grip on happiness and happiness will find you, let go of wanting to be the popular in your school or work place and you'll find yourself in so much adulation by your peers, let go of trying to get that girl or boy by any means necessary and watch the universe provide your ultimate match for you.

In conclusion, most of the pain and aches we feel are as a result of us holding on to tight to things that should be left free... This is the essence of healing from the inside, those things that you want and that you are prepared to have at no matter the cost but keeps eluding you is the cause of the pain, you should take a peek at nature, not rushing or forcing anything but gracefully putting everything into it's rightful place.... My Dear, you should be like nature, it effortlessness is graceful and you should embody the utter effortlessness of nature.
