How Iodine Makes You SuperHuman(As we are all meant to be)steemCreated with Sketch.

I was a huge gamer as a child. My favorite were RPG's, SRPG's, and Simulators with my absolute favorite being a game by the name of Xenogears.

In this game, based on the writings of Nietchze and his concept of the Ubermensch, there is a plotline involving removing the 'limiters' of our main characters which unlock their true potential.

They reach 'heaven' where the 'elites' aka Gods and Demons dwell and they undergo a mysterious procedure which effectively restores them to their natural state of 'superhuman'.

It doesn't solve their ultimate dilemna however it does level the playing field. It deals them great hand but they still need to play it well to succeed.

When I first started my run of Nascent Iodine I was reminded of these characters being enlightened.

The beautiful thing about our current generation is if we seek then we will find. The information is freely available however it is up to us to ACT rather than wallow in the flow of data and mire of indecision.

Here are my top 5(they are manifold) benefits of Iodine

  1. Iodine supports apoptosis (cell death). (Prevents cancerous cells from hanging around clogging up the works. Also, will result in a more efficient and attractive body as it is constantly being renewed.)

  2. Iodine activates hormone receptors (For men, More testosterone which is the ultimate Nootropic)

  3. Iodine protects ATP function and enhances ATP production (Basically granting a greater access to the production and efficacy of our bodies energy)

  4. Iodine helps support protein synthesis. (More muscle, Faster, and with less effort)

  5. Enhanced Brain Function (Proper Iodine levels can easily grant 1 SD of IQ, especially if present during developmental phases)

Very interesting abou iodine- i had only known that it was important for thyroid function but seems like it boosts the metabolism as well?

What are the best sources for iodine? Would iodized salt be as beneficial as say seaweed and seafood?

Yes, your thyroid has a pretty heavy hand in your metabolism. Also, it boosting ATP enhances metabolism as well. Iodine has a hand in all of your bodies major functions from a fundamental level IE most functions are directed by our hormones and glands which cannot function properly without Iodine.

Iodized Salt and modern day seafood/seaweed is not an adequate source of Iodine.

I'll explain why in my next post!

Awesome man im gonna buy some

You won't regret it.

Make sure to seek out Nascent Iodine specifically. I will be doing more posts on the subject detailing the different forms as well as the dosages that work best.

As ususal, please do a bit of research to find what will work for you.
