Fascinating to watch your journey. I only use glasses for reading and close work - last eye check showed 20/20 vision. I'm curious about the idea that glasses for reading are inevitable as one ages.... and what can be done to change that.

Yes, it does seem rather inevitable, hubby had recently started wearing reading glasses. We're trying pinhole glasses for him, but I also want to look into it more, whether there are other things which can help. I gather the lens starts to harden as you age.
It seems to be hormonal and therefore must be able to be offset by some diet shift which changes hormonal expression. Curious. Maybe the super-sexy libido enhancers so many older me are into might also be helpful for improving our close-up vision?
