RE: Vitamin D is not the Panacea it was claimed to be, but it is still needed.
And the prescription vitamin D does absolutely nothing, while several I bought online (liquid D3 with K2) brought my son's (who has not seen the sun for 4 years) vitamin D levels up into the normal range easily, just by taking a few drops a day for a couple weeks. Now to keep him in the normal range on blood tests only takes a few drops a week.
Sorry, I don't use their vitamin D, I get good stuff. Seems to be working well. I am glad it is helping your Son!
They have lamps that simulate normal vitamin D production. I have been thinking about them for Debbie.
I am sore from the homeless meal feeding yesterday, so today I am rubbing comfrey on the sore muscles! :)
Be blessed!

I am making very good use of the comfrey myself! I love the stuff! Thank you.
I have one of those lamps which we tried to get circadian rhythms back on track - didn't think it made any difference for that, and they are uncomfortably bright. If she can get outside, that is 1000 times better.
You don’t have to go into too much detail but what has kept your son indoors for that long? That sounds difficult!
The whole plant vitamins are so much better we tried one and it was incredible

Glad it is helping you! It is a healing accelerant based on the compound Allentoin found in the comfrey roots. That i shard to extract from the woody roots without breaking it down with heat. Keep the temperature low, add distilled water as needed, stir as much as possible, for about 2 weeks. The darker the liquid, the better.
It also penetrates about 12 inches deep.
It also works on brown recluse spider bites. It heals faster than the venom can destroy the affected tissue.
The light does sound interesting, She does not get out much....
