Water resources are most important natural resources of Nepal. Nepal is the second richest country in the world. Nepal in depends upon the development of these resources. Water is natural resources of Nepal that are potentially useful. Water resources are important for development agricultural, industries, household and preservation of resources etc. It is also a source of power.
Water is important for human life and living things because it is needed for life to exist. Without water living, things are not survival on the earth. Only 3 percent is fresh water and 93 percent is salt water on the earth. Water resource has given rise to growing concern over the availability of adequate water supplies to accommodate the future needs of society.
