Buffalo
Reintroduced to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon in the early 1900s the Buffalo population has blossomed to 400-600. During the next 3 to 5 years the National Park Service will begin a lethal culling of the herd as they feel it has grown to large for the area. In the meantime, people come to take photos and sit (I feel) a little too close for comfort.
Steemians, any suggestions for different ways of dealing with animal overpopulation?
