I know you stay very busy as a member of many communities and initiatives, but if we get responses would you like to be a judge? I will make a google doc with all the entries when I find them. Up to you. No pressure.
From my understanding requesting a upvote / resteem to enter a contest isn't spam. Doing so in a post with no substance or in a comment section is what is considered spam.
I look at an upvote for entry into a contest as similar to purchasing a ticket. The upvote is the cost of the " ticket " to possibly win what is being given away. Of course not requesting resteems will attract more users due to the fact many don't like resteeming.
I think its fitting I enter @steemmonsters as my blog choice for your competition. Last week I notice there were no tutorials on how to transfer / gift monster cards so I created one.
Great post promoting and educating folks about @steemmonsters. The content fulfills the Contest post requirement, but it looks like you missed the second contest requirement...
