Please, avoid tagging users in such way if post is not directly related with them. That can be considered as a spam and is really annoying for those who has notifications about mentions. Abusing them will cause more trouble than gains.
But I only mention the witnesses I choose, including @gtg is my witness. but i have not understood that and i apologize. but Can @gtg explain what a witness is.
