Muslims protection of the Jewish peoples in Jerusalem
With all this nonsense about the controversy of moving the embassy back to Jerusalem, time to look at a little history. The Romans were obviously subjugators of the Jews in early history and forbade them from living in Jerusalem. It was a pagan city for centuries until Constantine adopted Christianity in 312. In 614, the Iranian Sasanian Empire, having invaded the Near East, took over Jerusalem.
The Iranians welcomed back Jewish rulers and administrators to Jerusalem. Think about it; Muslim rule was to last and thrive in Jerusalem, besides the short takeovers during the crusader misadventures, until World War I. Muslims viewed Jews as a legitimate religious community and the Jews were free to live in Jerusalem. It was the Muslims that brought back the Jews from their exile from Jerusalem. Only by understanding the history and contributions made by each culture can true progress be made.

Does it mean that the Muslims brought the Jews back to Palestine?
So why do not Muslims now approve of the Jews making Jerusalem the capital of Israel?

Because Israel was created by the British Empire at that time, without involving anyone of the Palestinians in the talks. Think of it like this, an outsider you have never met suddenly barges in your home and lives inside of it, because they have the support of someone more powerful than you.
I hope that with the transfer of the embassy to Jerusalem there will be no enmities between the peoples and, on the contrary, bring peace and fraternity.
