The band met at Backstage Valencia to record the songs previously pre-produced in Caracas. Nueva Guerra, was Candy66's fourth full-length study and consists of 9 songs from which 4 singles were released that had high impact and rotation on national radio stations. For the month of May 2013, "Antisocial" managed to sneak into the Pop & Rock billboard in the first place nationwide. To support the launch of this new album, Candy66 undertook a tour that consisted of more than 20 dates and 12 cities visited throughout the country, but not before announcing the replacement of Guillermo Moreno by the return of Gustavo Morantes. For the second half of the tour, Alejandro Angulo announces his departure from the band for reasons of moving abroad and Felipe Grüber returns to the band's formation. Nueva Guerra has been one of the band's most successful productions, leading it to 3 nominations at the Pepsi Music Awards as: Best Rock Video of the Year (I will not be a servant of your horror); Best Rock Artist; Best Rock Song (Antisocial).

Candy 66

Is a Venezuelan alternative metal band, which was formed in the city of Caracas in 1998. It was established with the public in 2000, when it was the winner of the New Bands Festival, and began to receive greater exposure, that made him win many fans among the followers of metal in Venezuela. The band's influences come from artists like Faith No More, Ozzy Osbourne, Korn, Sepultura, Pantera, Nirvana, and others. Candy 66 received the Best New Trend Band award at the 2002-2003 Metal Made In Venezuela Awards, and has participated on stage alongside important international artists such as KoЯn, Slipknot and Papa Roach, apart from having taken their music to stages outside of their homeland in the United States, Colombia and Bonaire. The band participated as a special guest in the New Bands Festival in 2002, 2004, 2006, 2009, 2010 and 2013, and has made several tours of the country. In 2009 he participated in the Rock Al Parque festival in Colombia.
