According to a psychologist from London, Dr Victoria, listening to music can affect a very broad reaction in the body and mind, and some parts of the brain can be activated by a music.

A recent Canadian study shows that there is a real causal relationship between music and reward systems, the core part of the brain that reacts to positive stimuli for us - such as eating, drinking, etc. and reinforcing this behavior so we do it again.

Although there is a certain tendency that music is fast to exercise, and music is slow to relax - choosing songs with the desired effect is often related to personal preference.

The influence of different types of music on mood will depend largely on individual preferences and habits. If you grow up with rock music, then you may not be able to listen to classical music.
