Maher Zain is a musician, and the music producer comes from a Lebanese-blooded. He comes up with an Islamic-themed song in a catchy modern and pop music that can sweep the person who listens to the song. He appeared in the middle of the decline of the musicians of Islam, by bringing an Islamic theme song.
Maher Zain is a new star of modern Islamic music with meaningful songs aimed at inspiring, entertaining people and sending messages of peace and hope to the world. The first album that he released titled Thank You God in 2009. The album successfully entered into the best music in the world, not only that the album raised the prestige of Islamic music in the world that had dim.

Maher Zain Maher Zain was born on July 16, 1981, in Tripoli Lebanon. His family moved to Sweden when he was 8 years old. In Sweden, he entered the University to finish college, and earned a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering. As a teenager, he likes to spend his late-night time at school with his friends where they sing along, writing and experiment with music.
After graduating, Maher Zain entered the music industry in Sweden and worked with Nadir Khayat (RedOne), a Swedish music producer formed in Morocco in 2005. After RedOne moved to New York in 2006, he went to the United States and entered the music industry there . He became a record producer with American R & B singer Kat DeLuna.
Maher Zain learned a lot from Red One. But the music world that he wrestled there offers a lot of luxury makes him feel unhappy, even he felt something was wrong. In the end he found the answer of his doubts in music after he met and joined the Muslim Community in Stockholm. During that time he began to be active in the activities undertaken inside the mosque, and he felt that this was where a home meant to him.
He then decided to return to Sweden and move into a singer and songwriter who is both Islamic and religious. The process is so long and the journey is what makes it as a singer breathe Islamic. A brave choice amidst overseas music industry competition is remarkable but the choice to plunge in Islamic music makes itself an idol among Young Generation especially in Muslim Countries.
