Edward Louis Severson III Since birth, dark records have accompanied Edward. The series of stories and unpleasant events have become part of his life. History that always tried to cover it when later he transformed into the idol of the young people of the world through his musical works. The story he was reluctant to tell when the media tried to pick him up.

But apparently the media did not want to stop digging the mystery behind the idol. Slowly, Edward's past curtain starts to open, though some things remain questionable. Especially about the contradictions of Edward's claims about his past with the claims of his schoolmates and colleagues.

That openness was also changing as Edward saw his life trail. He has made peace with his past. Even in a show in San Diego in 2013, Edward did not hesitate to show off the sharing of wine with Karen who was in the line of spectators.

At that moment, Edward asked the audience to deliver a bottle of wine in a relay to Karen after he gulped it down. When she reached her hand, the mother immediately drank wine from the bottle, just like Edward did. "Its genetic," joked Edward, who was greeted and applauded the audience.

HISTORY 

By the age of two, the baby has been renamed Edward Mueller. The last name change occurred when Karen married Peter Mueller on November 5, 1966. Approximately one year after Karen divorced Ed Severson.

Edward's name change did seem odd. In the US, a child's last name change must pass through a legal process and require the approval of both parents. So pinning Mueller as Edward's last name is like trying to break it from the Severson family line.

The story begins when Karen and Peter return close. They are old friends. Both have known each other since the age of 15 years. They are even familiar with their families. The relationship was interrupted when Karen met and fell in love with Ed who later married her.

Karen returned close to Peter shortly after she gave birth to Edward. Her divorce with Ed brought her relationship further. After consulting a friend of Peter in Houston, they agreed to marry and hide Edward's history. Since then, everyone thought that Peter was Edward's father.
