The day that Armada Music stole my design!
Yes, as possibly read in the title, Armada Music stole my design, for those who know electronic music know that Armada Music is a giant record label, one of the most important record labels in the world, and thanks to this status of "great seal" I assumed that they had capable designers and creative enough to design an artwork for a track.
By the end of 2015 I had set the goal of becoming a DJ and producer and for that the first thing you need is a logo, a design, something that represents you, so together with a designer, we created what was my initial logo ( logo that I do not currently use) after all this design process I decided to use instagram as a platform to "let me know" and to present my alias to society, and how do I try to make this alias known? I uploaded an image of the logo in one of my instagram accounts.
after uploading it I noticed that the instagram account of Armada Music had given the image of my logo, at that moment I felt like "WOW! they liked this" (and I must admit that the feeling was incredible), a couple of weeks after that I noticed that they had used my logo on the artwork of a track called "Hooya" by Sandro Silva and (S) haan, seeing this I felt very upset since I considered a lack of respect that these assumptions "giants" will take my design without even mentioning me (I also want to note that the track is garbage).
