The game is for PS4, you have to buy the game.
I don't have a Playstation 4 myself so I'm not really sure how it's done, but the game is for sale on their official page https://godofwar.playstation.com/buy
It's one of the best games made this year, maybe even for all time, oppinions both from critic sites and user reviews.
